Deposit: Full payment is due at the time of the reservation.

Passenger Weights: In order to calculate aircraft take-off weight and balancing, accurate individual passenger weights are required at time of reservation. If you misstate your weight by more than 10% and this causes us to be unable to accommodate all scheduled passengers, your deposit will not be returned, and you will be charged the balance due.

Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 10 years of age or older.

Cancellation: If we cancel the flight and you are unable to reschedule it is 100% refundable. If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days prior to scheduled departure, a 5% cancellation fee will be kept and the remaining balance will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days prior to scheduled departure, or you do not arrive in time for your scheduled departure, your payment will not be returned and is non-refundable.
